A very hard to find badge worn by delegates at the 1940 Grand Army of the Republic encampment held at Springfield, Illinois. The badge and ribbon are all original and in excellent shape. There were only 276 delegates at this reunion. The badge was made by Bastian Bros, Rochester, N.Y.
