1903 Grand Camp of Virginia Delegate Badge

A great badge worn by a Delegate at the 1903 reunion of the Grand Camp of Virginia Confederate veterans. The hanger is a celluloid pinback with Confederate flags. Attached to the pinback is a ribbon. On the ribbon is "Delegate - 16th Annual Reunion of the Grand Camp Confederate Veterans of Virginia - Newport News, - 1903". There was a very small seperation at the top of the ribbon and the pinback. I put a small piece of archival tape to keep any further seperation from occuring. The seperation was probably an 1/4 of the width of the ribbon and just at the point it connected to the pinback.
