1911 Connecticut Cavalry Badge with General Geo. A. Custer

A hard to find GAR ribbon with General George Armstrong Custer's likeness on the badge!  This neat badge was worn by cavalry veterans at the 1911 Connecticut cavalry reunion held in Hartford, Conn.  The badge has a brass hanger with a yellow ribbon attached to it.  On the ribbon is a likeness of General Custer.  Written around the likeness of General Custer in black is "44 Conn. Cavalry Reunion - Hartford - Oct. 4, 1911".  Please note there is some staining to the left side of the ribbon from General Custer's shoulder down.  Attached to the back of the ribbon is a paper label from the Whitehead & Hoag Company, Newark, N.J.,
